Yes, but I prefer not to -
A lot of customers have told me that they regularly wear their my pieces in the shower and at the beach, and happily report that their pieces have barely changed. Also, I only use materials and methods that make my jewelry quite resistant to tarnishing/fading.
However, all jewellery fades over time (even solid gold), and exposure to chemicals and moisture will speed that process up. I'm personally quite precious about my jewelry and try to avoid all that, so it's totally up to you!
